Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• All personalised, custom made items are strictly non refundable unless an error made by us (eg. spelling mistake) . A replacement will be posted out free of charge. 
• Any clothing items can be returned for a credit note if the item is in the original condition. This means, tags still attached, no make up/fake tan or stains on the fabrics, no perfume smells, unwashed and in the same condition it was received in, with original packaging. We are unable to offer refunds on items, a credit note will be offered. 
• In the rare event, an item is faulty or damaged, a replacement will be sent out free of charge.
•  All returns are the customers responsibility. we strongly advise to send any returns by tracked & insured delivery, as we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels. We do not offer free returns, there it is the customers responsibility to cover the return costs.
